This place was wonderful, very clean, much bigger than I expected, AC units in each room, fully stocked kitchen.If i'm ever in the area again this would be the first place I looked to stay.

Quiet place, great location

Nice place, very quiet, we enjoyed our stay. It's a great location, we liked how close it was to Bryce, Kodachrome, Escalante Staircase, and Petrified Forest State Park. Owners were nice and made sure we had everything we needed.

Visit to Bryce Canyon

We needed a place to stay after doing the Arches, Capitol Reef, the Scenic 12 Hwy, and Grand Esclante before we went to Bryce. This place was huge; it easily slept six of us and we had plenty of space. It was clean and in a quiet, rural area. We were even able to do laundry after several days on the road.

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely stay here. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable, two bathrooms for our family of five was great, and the kitchen was well stocked to cook our own meals when needed. Milt was also very easy to communicate with.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable and roomy with all our needed amenities. The location was ideal for the Bryce Canyon National park, Kodachrome state park and other sites we planned to visit on our Utah vacation.

Awesome unit close to Bryce

My husband and I stayed here with our 5 teens. We had plenty of space & really enjoyed the location, about 30 minutes from Bryce. Could see so many stars including the Milky Way. Would highly recommend this affordable and clean & comfy lodging.

Very convenient to Bryce! No complaints; the place was clean, comfy and spacious. Beds were comfortable too. Milt was very friendly and nice and gave us useful info on where to go for dinner.

Wonderful place!

Clean and spacious! The two full bathrooms made this a perfect place for us (4 adults). Comfortable beds and although we didn’t cook, it was a well-equipped kitchen. Lots of table seating and having the washer/dryer was so helpful. Host was a great help in our planning. Very clean!

The property was just what we wanted. A clean space for our family of 5 to stretch out in after a day a hiking. The hosts were great, even recommending their favorite trails.

We were well advised by the owner to get there in the daylight. It would have been difficult to find in the dark. Great location for Bryce Canyon. Beautiful views.

Perfect for our larger group

Hosts were great about opening up addition bedroom when our group size increased! We loved the house - kitchen had everything! Outside was wonderful as well - we enjoyed the fire pit and picnic area! Close to hikes in Bryce Canyon and Calf Creek! We hope to return again soon!

Comfortable Home in a Wonderful Location

We loved staying at this rental. Very quiet and comfortable. Great location for exploring Bryce Canyon, Capital Reef, Kodachrome State Park, and everything else on US-12. The rural setting was scenic and peaceful. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again if we ever return to the area.

What a great stay!

We stayed here only for one night, but it was a great night. Our party of 6 including 2 kids (5 and 3) had ample space. The kitchen was very well stocked and all the pots and pans were great. We used all the beds which were comfortable and the outside slide and swings were greatly appreciated with the Littles. We ended up going to Bryce the next day which this was super close and made it before the rush after a wonderful home made breakfast. Highly recommend!
