“Awesome lower level apartment outside of Escalante. Beautiful home and grounds. Friendly dogs and cats welcomed us home every time. We hiked every day so were tired when we returned for the evening. I wish we had walked around the ranch more, but it was cool and the days were short. This location is perfect for visiting Bryce, Calf Creek and the Hole-in-the-Rock Road sights. There were cattle in the paddock and in the morning numerous wild turkeys. Just beautiful.”

“Our car needed to be looked at by the localmechanic over memorial weekend and we needed a spot downtown in order to walk to the canyons. Nemo’s was clean, pretty, quiet, and such a perfect location for anyone who doesn’t want to drive much. We walked to the upper escalante river, to the petrified forest, and to the boulder mail trail each day while we were there with no car. “This house is in a great location, quiet and walking distance to the cute shops of Panguitch. It's decorated with a lot of love and care and has everything one could need. The backyard is beautiful. It's just important to know that this is a historic property and, thus, has fewer outlets, and only one shower. But that detracted in no way from our experience. Beautiful home!”

“The space and furniture were comfortable and of good quality. Communication with the owner was easy and efficient. The backyard was very nice, but be aware that there is a (sweet) grey cat that seems to "own" it -- so people with cat allergies should be aware. We appreciated that the three beds are medium-soft and very comfortable and the towels were very fluffy and high quality. We missed having a drip coffeemaker, but the property does come with a french press and a Keurig (bring your own……

“I could have spent a month here and not get bored! Hiking is close by and if you want to relax you won’t find a better place. The house was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. The rooftop was an additional place to stargaze and relax or enjoy the surrounding views. The temperature was in the 80’s-90’s yet the house stayed nice and cool. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and I would encourage you to stay here too. It will be hard to leave!”

“Communication was great. There was a small glitch with the TV and Wifi on arrival but it was fixed with one quick communication. I don't mind glitches. They happen. The key is a swift resolution and that's what happened here. Place is very conveniently located to Bryce Canyon, but far enough away that it's not quite the tourist trap. Great base camp with washer/dryer convenient there. ”
