“We absolutely loved this property, it’s remote and simple but couldn’t have been better is we wanted it to be. Loved the little touches like coffee, eggs, pancake mix and other fixings. This ia no Marriott but it’s perfect for a place to rest and crash each night! Plus is sooo quiet! ”

“Communication with owner eas great. We had 2 issues and he resolved them right away. Carportbwas a nice touch. Washer and dryer looked fairly new. Nice to have full size refrigerator. Very close to Bryce. I think the couch was a hide-a-bed and was hard to get up for teo old people! Enjoyed our stay. A lot around the area to enjoy.”

“We loved The Walnut Room. It’s was clean, cozy and the most comfortable bed! Kimmi was so welcoming & gave us great recommendations. It’s a quick drive to Bryce Canyon where we had a fabulous day & returned to a hot shower & sat out in the yard & watched the hummingbirds. Loved the larger mini-fridge where we could freeze ice packs & bring lunch into the park. Thanks for the snacks Kimmi. She’s added every detail you could want for. ”
