“Wonderful location. Close to Line 2 subway. Rooms are clean & huge. So comfortable. Slept like a baby every night.”

“前台員工非常友善，而且樂於助人。 早餐有很多燒焦的煎餃，跟餐廳經理經理反應後還是沒有全部回收進去比較不妥。”

“乾淨整潔, 唯一美中不足是加床並先加說明, 整體動線待加強”

“Location & Convenience (5/5): Unbeatable location inside Terminal 2 (between Gates D & E on the 2nd floor departure level). You can go from your room to flight check-in or the High-Speed Railway station in under 10 minutes without stepping outdoors or taking a shuttle. “I like the river view of my room and this is my 2nd time visit in 2026. Deeply appreciate for the birthday cake and roses from the hotel.”

“購物吃飯很方便”

“There were renovations happening from 9am-6pm so can get very noisy. I was not able to sleep in or return to the hotel during the day, which is unfortunate as I didn’t get to enjoy the room. The renovated rooms are nice but lobby area is a bit dated. Location is excellent and will stay again after renovation.”

“員工的熱忱服務與協助，令人敬佩，一定會再來住的 然而，衛浴的設施有些難用😭，工程師上來幫忙雖然功能正常，仍常常不能正常使用”

“Location is good but rooms have musty smell. The plug for hair dryer kept coming off from the main socket. Cleanliness was average. We were disappointed that we were given city view instead of the bund view even though we have booked for 8 days. Should have indicated if not cancel the booking. Counter staff was not friendly on the day we arrived. (Arrived at around 8 pm) Only one guy at counter and he looked tired. He even gave us the wrong key for one of our rooms and we have to keep all our……
