Clean, well thought out Granny unit place, with a great night time view of the east bay. Check in box is the one one the left side of the front gate: we struggled a moment trying to get in using the code box on the right side of the front gate. Very helpful gentleman from inside the gate came to our rescue.Will look for this VRBO when traveling through again.

Lovely Little Retreat

I booked this stay to be near family for the Easter weekend. It was truly delightful. Quiet, very nice neighborhood, and a beautiful view out the window, as it's on kind of a ridge that overlooks green hills. It was clean, new and nicely decorated. It's exactly what I needed; and when I'm back in the area, I'll definitely book this again. The communication from the owner was outstanding. No problems at all - just relaxation and enjoyment!

We chose this place because we needed a full refrigerator and freezer for the contents of our coolers. This is a simple, very nice studio. Super clean. Thoughtfully furnished, including washer /dryer! 4 pm check in is a bit late, but we made it work. All good.

The view out the back window was lovely. We were treated to a morning serenade by wild turkeys every morning and loved it! On the other hand, the provisions were very sparse. We were not a "couple" so did not share a bed. There was only one blanket in the unit. One single roll of toilet paper might not have been enough if one or both of us had become ill. Dishes, cups, utensils would not have been enough if we hadn't gone out to buy dishsoap. A shower hose would be nice as neither of us had planned to wash our hair, but the overhead shower gave us no other option. Tiny soap chips were not adequate; shower gel might have been a better alternative. All in all, we enjoyed our stay because we had time to talk. Thank you.

One Day

I do not care to communicate through VRBO app. Pain in the Ass. The address of a property should be easy to find when advertising. Like pop right up on the pictures. To search for communication and address location should be the two easiest aspects of a rental. I meant Alex and his Son personally. Very nice people. I enjoy the simplicity of the guest house. Accommodating with out all the fanciness. The only complaint is WiFi was not working 5/3/25 AM. Would certainly stay again.Mark V. Holmes

Good safe multi unit location. Only negative was the noise of the pipes. My wife wanted to sleep in, but 6:40am someone in another unit was showering and the pipe, "sing". Noise can also be heard if the other unit(s) flushes toilets. Other than that had a great time.

Great little casita

The casita was surprisingly roomy. We were pleased to watch the turkeys in the meadow. Very pleased with the place, will definitely stay again!

This was just a lovely little place to retreat to when the summer got hot. The A/C and gorgeous shower was soo needed. Everything was there that I needed.

Perfect!

This place will be my go to place whenever I visit Antioch. It was so clean the first step I took inside squeaked. Loved the wild turkeys, the squirrel and the lovely views. Well done Alex!

Very quiet very clean

Great place great owner. The only issue is the fridge is rather loud if your a light sleeper however they have been for the last 3 VRBO’s I’ve stayed at. LOL. I fully recommend this for anyone.

Great location for what we needed (visiting family in the area). Check-in process was good, except the key for our unit was not in the lock box as stated. Alex immediately responded to our message, though, and came out to greet us with the key. It works out great, but it could have been a challenge if we had arrived late in night. The place looked exactly like the listing pictures. It was very clean except for the dirty pair of underwear left in the bathroom behind the door by the previous occupant. We picked them up with a paper towel and threw them out. We were grateful for the AC, which cooled the entire place very well on hot days!
