The hotel has an upmarket feel and a lot of thought has gone into the design and decor. Some issues with the tech in the room (the tv occasionally refused to remain switched off and the air con defaulted to 21C every time the room key was removed) but overall a 4* experience from a 3* rating. We had an issue with the shower curtain, which did nothing to prevent water seeping into the rest of the bathroom. The staff solution was to offer a change of room but, as it had the same layout, it would have made no difference so we stayed put. Our room had a number of adjustments to enhance accessibility (handrails at various points in the bathroom); however, the light switch was behind the bathroom door (inside the bathroom) and the hairdryer, fixed to the wall to the left of the large sink, had a short flex. Neither seemed to improve matters. Overall, lovely staff, impressive design, sometimes technical style over substance.

Property is at a great location, walking distance to almost anything. The rooms are small but fine though the walls are paperthin and you hear everything. Also the pillows, I know this is very personal, are terrible! Staff is very friendly but wouldn't stay here again.

Nice hotel, easy walking to main parts of Antwerp.

Clean and modern hotel and close walking distance to the train station, about 10 minutes. 10 minutes the other way and in the main shopping centre with the historical centre about a 20 minute walk. Room was clean, tidy, modern and a nice powerful shower. Staff friendly and helpful. Happily stay here again.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Goede en veilige parkeerplaats. Op loopafstand van centrum, winkels en restaurants. Minimale voorzieningen, maar alles wat je nodig hebt. Goede prijs / kwaliteit verhouding.

Great location, perhaps better for solo travellers

Pretty much everything was great, but the choice of a not fully frosted glass bathroom door meant I could see and also very much hear my partner on the toilet thanks to the positioning of the mirror. It’s a nice, clean hotel in a great location with friendly staff and the rooms were good value, so I should stress that it’s my only gripe about my stay!
