A little diasappointed on arrival because the lift did not work - shoutout to the nice cleaning lady who called a technician to fix it! Also lots of furniture in the apartment that is unsafe for small children. The balcony was dirty and had no furniture at all. No salt, oil or anything in the kitchen. Shampoo etc. all empty (don't really care, I prefer to use my own anyway, but since they praise it so much in the descrition you should expect they check that before guests arrive...). Overall impression : Things look better in the pictures than in reality. Anyway the apartment was clean and quite big and we had a good time in Antwerpen!
