Good value for money

Good value for money and walking distance from the centre. Really nice to have kitchen facilities (though limited). The cleaning however wasn’t top notch and we for sure heard mice in the walls at least once.

Warning regarding the internet!

Warning!!!! iEverything was ok except if you have to use the internet there is a download maximum which in my case closed my connection already after 1 hour of normal office use! That is redicolous and unprofessional. I was not downloading any films etc! It will be a dealbreaker in the future!

Better to stay outside the city and take the tram

Not worth the money by any means. Not a nice area and signs everywhere prohibiting prostitution and drug sales. The location is sketchy and they put everyone’s keys into envelopes in the same lock box to be picked up. Either they forgot my envelope or someone else took it, because the box was empty at 16:30. There was no one in the office during the 30 minutes we waited which were posted as normal office house. I called the 2 phone numbers listed (left VM) and emailed twice, no response. We left and got dinner and I tried calling after hours. I finally got the late duty residence manager who was a nice guy and helpful.

Una semplice ed economica sistemazione

Buona la posizione a mezz'ora a piedi dal centro, comodo il parcheggio in strada a pagamento. La nostra stanza da 4 persone discreta, essenziale ma avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata di colore. Lo specchio e la luce in bagno insufficienti. La signora in reception molto disponibile alle nostre richieste. Hotel usato anche da lavoratori.

　設備は揃っている。立地と周辺環境も比較的良い。しかし、次の点で支持できない。 ａ　隣室遮音 　　滞在中毎日（夜）隣室の二人（男性？）の会話と笑い声が筒抜けだった。壁はふかし 　壁で遮音対策されていないようだ。 ｂ　Ｗｉｆｉ 　　宿泊室で使えるゲスト用Ｗｉｆｉの速度は、０．０〜４．０Ｍｂｐｓでほぼ非実用的。 　　スタッフ用Ｗｉｆｉを紹介されたけれどほぼ変わらなかった。 　　おそらく、Ｖルーターからの距離（地上階に設置のみ？）が遠く、接続されている回線（通信 　サービス）も容量が低いと思われる。 ｃ　建具木部、特に下部の腐食 ｄ　シャワー支柱のガタつき、緩み。 ｅ　電源（延長タップ）不足。 ｆ　高所設置の電子レンジ ｇ　テレビの視聴可能チャンネルが少ない。 　暖房と給湯は必要十分に快適だった。冷房は不明。自室洗濯した場合の乾燥手段（浴室ヒーター）がなかったので、小型ファンヒーターと扇風機で代用したけれど良く乾いた。 スタッフとはＷｈａｔｓＡｐｐで連絡して比較的応答は良かった。受付スタッフは非常に礼儀正しくかつ、親愛で良いと思う。 　ただし、基本的な施設・設備の不具合等はそれだけでは解決できない。 　この後、航空会社マイレージでブリュッセルのCondo Gardens を利用しているけれど、Ｗｉｆｉに関してはだいぶ良い。隣室遮音は誰もいないのか遮音が良いのかわからない、 　その他の部分は良し悪し拮抗といったところ。

J'ai donné 4 étoiles à cause d'une raison hors du contrôle de cet excellent établissement. Durant la nuit des personnes sont arrivées et se sont comportées e véritables sauvages, bruit, rires cris et mouvements de meubles. Nous aurions dû appeler la direction mais j'ai hésité car il était 03h30. Sinon un excellent endroit.

C'était plus un foyer des jeunes travailleurs qu'un hôtel. Pas de reception la nuit ce qui peut tres vite être problématique pour la sécurité. Chambre très mal isolée .Beaucoup de bruit après minuit.

Die Sauberkeit und der Zustand der Einrichtung könnte besser sein. Wenn man jedoch günstig wohnen möchte, finde ich die Ausstattung sehr üppig: Kitchenette mit Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kühlschrank (sehr sauber!), Bügeleisen, Bügeltisch, Haartrockner, Handseife, Duschgel, Abwasch-Utensilien. Ich würde es wieder buchen.

Sind Abends am 17.00 Uhr eingetroffen. Schlüssel im Safe abgeholt. Dann in den Fahrstuhl Fahrstuhl ist erstmal stecken geblieben. Dann ins Zimmer also so ein Zimmer habe ich noch nicht gesehen. Laut Buchung und Bilder sollte sich das Zimmer in einem guten Zustand befinden. Aber dieses Zimmer war kalt keine Heizung im Bad kein Licht Schimmel an den Wänden usw. Habe Versucht jemanden von der Rezeption zu erreichen. Hoffnungslos 😫 Sind keine 10 Minuten geblieben. Haben zum Glück in einem anderen Hotel was gefunden. Das man so eine abgekommenes Zimmer anbietet ist eine große Schande. Das war mal wieder eine Lehre das man Bilder und Beschreibung nicht vertrauen kann. Ich werde man Geld einziehen und Rechtlich vorgehen.

Basic maar degelijk…op enkele gebreken na.

Basic accommodatie, echter wel netjes en onderhouden. Het was een heel erg koude nacht (-8 gr), de kleine elektrische radiator volstond helaas niet om de ruimte warm te krijgen. De stenen vloer was ijskoud en bovendien duurde het meer dan een kwartier alvorens er warm water uit de douchekraan kwam! ‘s Ochtends kwam er zelfs geen warm water meer dus ben ik moeten vertrekken zonder mij te kunnen douchen. Bed en dekens waren zeker ok, desondanks de koude heb ik toch goed geslapen. Handig systeem met kluis voor late arrivals wegens geen 24u receptie, de accommodatie communiceert alle info hiervoor meteen na het boeken, dit verdient toch een positieve vermelding, complete en duidelijke communicatie. Nette kleine kitchenette, handig voor langere verblijven. Voor de prijs kan je niet veel meer verwachten en voldoet de accomodatie, het probleem met het warme water was echter een grote domper en mag zich, zelfs voor een basic accommodatie, niet voordoen.
