The room was very clean and comfy bed. The shower was brilliant and it was very quiet so we had a great nights sleep. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpfull. It wa in a great location near to the harbour and within easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. Will stay here again next time i visit antwerp.

Great Receptionist.

The staff are always very helpful, especially as my car had a roof box. Which meant I could not use the underground car park that is under the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was conveniently located walking distance to the old town. The rooms were big enough (we had a cot in ours) and clean. Everything we needed for a night or two. Also the breakfast was fantastic and included in the room rate. Very impressed for the price. Parking on site

Nothing fancy

The room has only one set of towel/ hand and face towel. Very good view from the back. Close to the harbor. Not a bad overnight stay. And it includes breakfast. Would have been nice if they had a shuttle to take you to the train station.

Stayed for one night on a motorcycle trip. Kindly allowed us to put 2 bikes in one space and they were out of sight so happy to pay for this. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the main centre, if you walk in the right direction !!! The one thing I was concerned about was in the morning there were 2 youngsters lying in one of the corridors, charging their phones from a socket on the wall. Now I have no idea if they were guests but why would you lay in the corridor if you had paid for a bed.

Staff need training

It is wholly unhelpful to have a shift change over at the same time as check-in opens. You do not have to be a genius to work that out. We arrived a few minutes before check-in and were asked to take a seat and wait. A group of people enter immediately after us and we're checked strait in. Tables in the reception area remained littered in rubbish for several hours. The facilities are good but the staff not great.

It’s an okay hotel. Quite convenient for visiting the city as the transport link is at the doorstep. Staff were helpful but felt they do only the must. Cleanliness of the room were just acceptable, it looks like a very used hotel which requires a refurbishment soon.

Comfortable hotel only 20 minutes walk from main railway station. Close to a dock, with great walks and dining options. Lovely staff, plentiful breakfast and a really relaxing place to stay. Would recommend.

Where is the beacon ?

Cooked beacon during my four breakfast there was not available. I had a room at the four floor and road side. Ambulance were a bit noisy. I did like my stay.
