"Nice room, quite small but perfect for a couple of night city break"

"This is a nice and modern hotel that could hardly be better located. Two blocks from the Grand Place, on a nice little square with terraces and boutiques. And even with our window directly on the action, noise was never an issue. Also close to the train station. Nice, convenient, comfortable."

"My husband and I were so pleased with our stay at Pillows City Hotel. We arrived well before check in but luckily our room was ready. The lovely lady (Rym) at the front desk absolutely MADE our trip special. She was so welcoming and accommodating. I have stayed in some 5 star hotels and I can say that her customer service is top-shelf. She is one of the best! The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The only downside to the room was that we had to lower the shade in the bathroom because it faced a large corporate building (with workers visible from our bathroom). Not a big deal at all, but worth mentioning. The hotel is so convenient to all the sights…and very close to the train station. There was some construction going on during our visit, which confused our Google maps…but it wasn’t a big deal. And we didn’t hear any construction noise during our visit. We had a drink at the bar and the wonderful bartender recommended a beer and then brought over a book, to explain why that beer was so special. Brussels was a wonderful place to visit and we can’t wait to come back. We will stay here again, and again and again! I would highly recommend this hotel. We were so happy staying here, and in all honesty, didn’t want to leave. Thank you Rym and all the staff. We can’t wait to come back. "

"Stayed here as part of a stop over for my onward journey to Germany. Very friendly reception staff and free tea and coffe throughout your stay. Hotel is just a 15min walk from Brussels Midi, a 5min walk to Mannekin Pis and a 10min walk to Brussels city centre. My double bed was very comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. I even had a a view to the bar across the street where they were playing saxophone - all in all, a great one night experience."
