“I got double charged from expedia and the lodge, I noticed the issue, contacted expedia and they refunded me. the AC is noisy. The environment is nice, and cafeteria food is good.”

“The area around the resort was quiet and beautiful. I really enjoyed the view from and ambience of the wide veranda. Seating in the indoor bar area was comfortable. However, continental breakfast seating on hard curved chairs very uncomfortable. The restaurant's German food delicious, but the "waldorf salad" very far from authentic, to put it mildly. The waitress and all-around helper, Buffy, was fantastic! Indoor main room was comfortable and large Games and some books on offer. Two……

“The room was very clean and the beds were very nice. The towels were thick and plentiful. I didn't use the breakfast so can't comment on it. Overall it was a good experience.”

“Cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for. I especially did not like the bed. Very firm with like almost no padding, Noisy a/c. Reminded me alot of Motel 6, which I always avoid. I won't stay here again.”

“The clerk at the desk was rude…woke him from his sleep upon our arrival. He appeared to also operate the gas station next door. He kept trying to put us on the second floor…there was no elevator!!! We had heavy luggage. Bugs/spiders were in the room provided and we had to spray Raid before going to bed. Check out was at 11:00am, housekeeping knocked on door at 9:30am. Shower curtain was ragged and torn. Grounds were terrible!!! Will NEVER stay again!!!!”
