The restaurant and bar are great, the ski in/out is perfect, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. This was our second time at the Snowpine, and we would don't hesitate to go back.」

「The location was great! Nowhere on the listing did it mention that major exterior renovations were underway. Our mountain-view room was completely blocked by scaffolding, and we were on the fourth floor. There was also a $ 25-a-night parking fee that was unexpected. 「Alooot of kids couldn't enjoy pool or hot tubs in peace...the connecting rooms did not damper and noise either. Don't pay 30$ for parking either had to hunt a spot down every time I would leave and come back.」

「Before booking I had reached out to the hotel to see if they allow pets. they confirmed service animals are ok so we booked but once we got there & checked in that was not the case & they told us not a pet friendly hotel and our dog was barking too much etc. Managment was very rude after that point and consta」
