「Maison Aurelia is a little piece of Paris in Bali… the French-inspired interiors are just gorgeous and the pool area is peaceful and quietly sophisticated. We had the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Magnolia Suite, which was surprisingly spacious and perfect for a family of four. The a la carte breakfast at the hotel restaurant was great and the staff welcoming and helpful. Sanur’s best boutiques and restaurants are on your doorstep… Excellent value for money and would absolutely stay here again. 」

「也許是因為三年疫情的關係，入住的客房熱水器損壞，但是櫃檯人員馬上安排我們去另一間客房洗澡，隔天熱水器也已經修好，飯店也提供我們免費一次SPA補償，在整體的服務態度上良好。」

「The furniture are old. There were wood lices found. No hook in the bathroom. No USB port installed. The toothbrushes were broken. The breakast restaurant was chaotic and messy. Food was not refilled fast enough. Not enough escalators, waiting time for escalator was long. 」

Some of the facilities are kind of old but the overall environment is great. The staffs are very helpful and try their best to help whenever we are in need.」
