bel hotel, bien situé pour visiter la Crete , clientèle essentiellement allemande les fiches renseignements sont fournis en anglais pas de Français!!!!seul 1 serveur est polyglotte Georgios super gentil l 'alimentation variée est très bonne spécialités crétoises et le restaurant un emplacement magnifique donnant sur la plage avec couché du soleil. Hotel très propre et fleuris , avantage un grand parking privé. notre seul nuage c est en arrivant et qua l'accueil on nous dit que sa fait 3 ans qu'ils n y a pas de contrat avec expedia j ai du appeler expedia qui à tr géré.. il fallait juste nous precisé hotelbeds sur nos documents.

ich hatte über Expedia eine Buchung getätigt - wurde sehr unfreundlich abgewiesen - ja es wurde behauptet Expedia gäbe es überhaupt nicht - trozt Reservierungsbestätigung bekam ich kein Zimmer - alles in allem sehr unbefriedigend

Perfecte service!
Bij aankomst in het hotel kregen wij te horen dat wij een gratis upgrade kregen naar het 5 sterren resort Georgioupolis vanwege mijn verjaardag! Wij werden naar het andere resort gebracht, kregen informatie en de sleutel. Personeel nam onze koffers over en bracht de koffers en ons naar de juiste kamer. Top service! Eten was goed, drankjes prima, cocktails zijn minder goed maar niets te klagen over ons verblijf!

Einfaches und angenehmes Hotel für unkomplizierte
Das Happy Day ist ein kleines Hotel mit internationalem Personal sowie auch internationalen Gästen. Für einfache Leute sehr gut geeignet. Die Sauberkeit ist ok...Zimmern sind sehr ruhig, obwohl das Hotel an einer Zentralen Lage ist und sich im Hotel eine Beach Bar befindet, in der jeden Montag Karaoke Parties stattfinden. Die ganze Anlage ist sauber, gepflegt und sehr grün. ganz schön.
Essen? Ist sehr einfach. Vor allem Frühstück, immer das gleiche und kaum eine Auswahl...Darum...Eine HP würde ich gar nicht empfehlen und schon gar nicht AI, da AI in Griechenland total was anderes ist als man kennt. Der Hotelstrand ist zwar klein aber sehr weitläufig also findet jede seine Ecke und Ruhe...Für die LIegestühle zahlt man 2.5Euro pro Tag, in anderen Hotels ist es bis zu 5Euro.
Für mich war das Zimmer und Hotel vollkommen ok, da ich nur das Bett gebraucht habe.
