Can’t wait to go back!

The Villa was a real home from home with comfort and luxury. Kitchen was very well stocked with kitchenware. Beds and sofas very comfy. Pool and balconies and views absolutely amazing. Communication with host was great. Thanks again so much Ian and Jean.

The view...

...Is completely amazing from all of the villa windows, balconies and lounge area. The pool is perfect for have some fun in and to do some swimming. All the rooms had great bliding for the windows and excellent air-conditioning. The pool area had a amazing little shadow lounge that was nice to have lunch in. The host reply to all of our questions quick via e-mail. Me and my wife can only highly recommend this house and this host!

Perfect villa

The villa is even better than the pictures. Clean and very spacious, with amazing patios and a very large pool. The area is so quiet and private, but only a few minutes driving from groceries and tavernas. By far one of the best villas we have rented in Crete. We would love to come back some day!

Enjoyed a week of relaxation in this facility. It is away from the busy town of Chania, but not far. The town on Plaka with Tavernas and markets is just over a mile away. The town of Almyrida is two to three miles further with nice beaches and more shopping and dining options.

Très bon séjour

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines dans cette très belle villa . Grande et spacieuse avec une grande piscine et un joli extérieur. Agnes passe régulièrement pour changer les serviettes et une fois par semaine pour les draps et ménage le top . Accès à de petits villages à proximité . Tout était parfait. Juste 2 points à améliorer le portail qui aurait besoin d’une bonne révision et le lave vaisselle un peu petit. Je recommande cette location 👍

Breath taking!!

This property combines good accommodation and amenities with astounding views and outlooks. The house and it's equipment has been well thought out and you have everything that you need for a relaxing stay. Surrounding areas are rich with good tavernas and if you go further afield to the coast then there are even more. Taki's and Costanita all come to mind and we had great meals here at reasonable prices. A car is essential here though but I do not see this as an issue. Swimming pool is great and something that was well used during our stay. The house has an excellent support team - Malcolm and Kevin - they could not do enough for us in terms of recommendations of what to see, where to eat or the best beaches. They truly made us feel welcome. In short - this a gem and we are already planning a return trip to this property in 2020. Thanks for a wonderful holiday in great property and a superb location.

Villa with a superb view

We had a wonderful holiday relaxing in this lovely villa. Superb outside space with a large pool and sunbathing area. We made excellent use of the covered BBQ area. The views over Souda Bay were beautiful. Situated in a quiet location, a vehicle is a definite requirement. The walk to Plaka took about 30 min and whilst this was ok during the day, unlit roads made it difficult at night. The villa itself is spacious, the bedrooms other than the master are on the small side, but all have a balcony and it was lovely to sit and have a coffee on a morning. The weather was excellent. Local supermarkets have everything you need. I would recommend Almy Beach - free sun beds with mattresses and an excellent beach bar where we had long lazy lunches. Good choice of restaurants in Almyrides and would recommend CostAnita, Elia and Thyme and Don Nicholas Tratorria. Best restaurant in Plaka for us was Elpis and bar was Esmigia, where they serve excellent beer and free tapas. A visit to the old town of Chania is a must. The only down side to our stay were the showers. The pressure was so slow at times, resulting in the upstairs bathrooms having no water or it was intermittent. This is the only reason the villa has been marked as a 4 star as we all like a good shower to remove the sand and sun cream before going out at night. Communication with the owner was excellent.
