Also located on the first floor, you will find the Master bedroom, bunk room (4 x bunk) and separate toilet. The master bedroom features a king bed, Lcd TV, walk-in robe with cot and en suite with double vanity, walk-in-shower and toilet.

The ground floor features a separate living area (large LCD, DVD) which opens out onto another magnificent deck area and fully fenced back yard (with hot water, outdoor shower) with lots of room for a game of backyard cricket.

Even with a full house, there will be no queuing for the bathroom, with 2 x separate toilets on this level as well as a main family bathroom (with bath and stand-alone shower) and an additional shower room with vanity.

The large modern laundry is also located on the ground level and provides all the essentials (front loader washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner), including indoor and outdoor clotheslines.
