Cloud Nine is in an excellent central location in Apollo Bay, just one street back from the Great Ocean Road. Park the car and walk everywhere - 200m to the beach, shops, cafes, and playground.
A beautiful North facing sunlit open plan living area upstairs enjoys views of the ocean, Marriners lookout, and the green rolling hills of Apollo Bay.
Ideal for couples, families, and dogs, with a fully fenced yard and garage.

Upstairs the sun streams in to the north facing open plan living and dining area through the wall of windows, providing a beautiful light filled space. Sliding glass doors open on to the deck, which enjoys views of the ocean and to the rolling green hills of Apollo Bay. A Weber BBQ and outdoor furniture enable you to enjoy a laid back dinner out on the deck.

Relax in the lounge room, listening to the ocean and watching the world go by, or watching your favorite series on the 65 inch Smart TV. Free unlimited NBN WiFi .

The kitchen is fully self contained and includes Sunbeam Barista Max Coffee machine, electric oven and cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and plenty of cooking utensils, crockery, pots and pans as well as pantry essentials like oil, salt and pepper, tea & coffee.

The main bedroom is also upstairs, with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. After a day of exploring the Otways, soak in the huge oval spa bath (plenty of room for 2). The shower is over the top of the spa, and there is a separate powder room (toilet).

On ground level are 2 further bedrooms:
One large bedroom with a queen bed and glass sliding door access directly to the backyard.
The 3rd bedroom has a king single bed with roll out single size trundle bed with legs, and another single bed with trundle underneath (trundle only really suitable for children).
Both downstairs bedrooms are light filled and have wall mounted electric heaters. All bedrooms have build in wardrobes and full block out curtains or blinds.

The family bathroom on ground level has a bath and separate shower, vanity and large mirror. There is also a separate toilet.

A laundry room has a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, and direct access out to the backyard with clothesline.
The backyard is fully fenced and includes a lawn area, garden, and concrete paths. The fence is timber and a good high height - it is a secure yard for dogs (and kids!).

Parking is available in the driveway and lawn in front of the house. Please note that the garage is not accessible.

This ideally located townhouse is equally suited for couples, families and travelers with pets.

For a family, it is truly convenient to be able to walk to the beach, home again for lunch/rest/supplies, and then just walk across the road to the supermarket, restaurant or takeaway at the end of the day. There is a complementary porta cot, high chair and stair gate provided, as well as kids DVDs.

Pets
For travelers with well behaved house trained dogs, they are welcome inside the house. There is also a fully fenced yard, enclosed garage, and dog bowls.

Couples rate: The 2 person rate is for couples sharing the same bed.
If you are 2 people needing two bedrooms, please select the 3 person rate.
All pricing is based on the amount of guests staying, and beds/bedrooms used. Please ensure you book for the correct amount of guests, and confirm how many beds/bedrooms you will be requiring during your stay, so that we have accurate booking information prior to your arrival.

Living the dream

Wonderful villa with all the amenities you need. The spa bath is to die for, loved soaking in it after a long walk on the beach with our two furry babies. So close to the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with a glass of wine, while we watched the sunset go down.

Delightful pet friendly townhouse close to beach and shops

The house is in a fabulous location close to everything Apollo Bay has to offer but still quiet and relaxing. The property has absolutely everything you will need to enjoy a great break away they have thought of everything to make it like a home away from home.The decor is fresh and modern and the communication from the host was excellent. The fact that is is also pet friendly was a bonus and our small/medium dog enjoyed basking in the sun on the terrace and the fenced back yard. We will definitely return for another mini break in the future.
