"Overall this facility was exceptional. We did have a tiny issue with the coffee maker (my husband LOVES coffee), but that was remedied immediately. Every staff member we encountered was wonderful always having a smile and seemed happy to be working there. We witnessed daily sweeping of stairs/stairwells and the rest of the building ridding it of spider webs."
