Very comfortable room with a lake view. Quiet hotel (January stay), truly relaxing atmosphere. Katie, the manager, provided first class customer service! Highly recommended and we are hoping to go back in the summer!

Nice for short stay
In general, it is good enough for travellers. City view with nearby restaurants. Saw a few young staff while checking in. Look like a family-run business. The room is large with a comfortable bed. Breakfast is a set rather than a buffet.

Only 1 small issue. The hot tub wasn't working properly. It had missing head rests and the jets weren't working properly. I reported it to reception but it seemed nothing was done
