「We got to our room very late in the early morning hours drove 11 hours and then found that we could not get into our room the door key would not work. It took staff over 30 minutes to get us into our room and then they still could not leave us a door key to get back into our room if we needed to leave and come back. Very inconvenient for us. 「Clean and well cared for room. Mattress (in our room) was enclosed in zippered waterproof cover. The hallways were very clean. Receptionist was polite and clear in his questions. Well lit parking lot. 」
