「It was horrible. Got there and there no pots and pans. No extra linens for the pull out couch. We got 14 inches of snow and they didn’t even shovel the parking lot. Had to shovel myself out. Then top it off the bathroom sink was leaking in the floor and they didn’t have maintenance available and didn’t even offer a discount. I was so disappointed. If I could’ve left I would’ve but I was there to see a family relative that was on life support at a nearby hospital. 」

"Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about the service and notification ahead about the possible gym noises. And the attitude from her was really bad. This is a really bad experience. "
