“Beautiful view fromb4th floor. Close to mountains! Brand new hotel”

“The hotel is very nice, clean, newish or recently renovated. The breakfast is good enough-more than adequate. The pool wasn’t open until the 3rd day we were there for some unknown reason, but when it was it was lovely. The location is very good for quick access to Red Rocks and Golden, and very close to a lot of nice restaurants and shopping.”

“Absolutely abhorrent room conditions. The ceilings were black from water damage, room smelled terrible, and floor was so gross. I turned my key back in to the front desk within 10 minutes of checking in. The hotel heard these concerns and refused to refund the room even though we did not stay there. There are so many better options in the area, do not stay here unless you want to choke on the air.”

“Not the greatest Courtyard property I’ve stayed at. First of all, $8/night for parking? Next I know not cleaning daily is now a thing, especially in areas conserving water, but no signs at desk or in room or verbally expressed is just a pain in the sss. The “instructions “ are on the 2x2 planer I. Size 6 font. Had to go ask for clean towels on day 2 evening and the guy that had cooked our breakfast was working the front desk. I asked for 2 sets of towels, and he brought me 4 bath towels……

“Loved this hotel! Location was perfect and hotel was beautiful. Can’t wait to go back!”

“Staff members were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and though the hallways are due for new carpeting, I saw the maid vacuuming the carpet edges so at least the old carpet seems cleaned well. Also saw a maid mopping the rooms floors, so that's good. The breakfast is a bit too basic (re: only serve eggs and turkey bacon, yuck, on weekends), but as the price is relatively reasonable, rooms are clean, and staff is pleasant, we'll likely stay there a third time.”

“I don't recommend this establishment to anyone who has emotional support animals. They kicked my dogs and I out on account of a noise complaint that they didn't know what room the noise was coming from. The manager also had the nerve to tell me my dog was aggressive just because he is a doberman Pincher. I asked him"did my dog growl at you or approach you?" He said nothing at all except he was calling the police. My dog didn't show any signs of aggression.”

“The pictures online showed a property in much better condition than it actually was. We were told afterwards that the property was “actively working thru a process of upgrades and improvements”. Disgusting hallway carpeting, cheap furniture and a pool that has been closed for more than just our 3 day stay is just a start. Not at all what we expected from this hotel chain. Steer Clear of this one.”
