Wonderful home base to explore Provence!

Our family of three had a wonderful week at Aurore’s place. Our nearly-three-year-old had so much fun swimming in the pool and chasing the chicken. We enjoyed meals on the terrace with a wonderful view, and felt so safe and calm in the space. It worked very well with a little one. He took the downstairs bedroom and the adults were up. The pool was always secured at night and the cottage is very suitable for children. Aurore had a ton of extra baby items for us to use which made it even easier! The house feels secluded and yet it’s just a couple minutes to get into town. It is very well situated for day trips to nearby villages, and there are even wineries and lavender fields within walking or biking distance! We had a perfect Provence vacation here, and dream of one day returning!

Fantastic gîte

Incredibly well equipped gîte, inside and out. Warm welcome from the host, Mme Pelloux (the ‘X’ is pronounced), who was always happy tol help with information and advice. On the table when we arrived there was a bottle of local wine and fresh eggs from the resident hens. Very comfy beds: a double in the downstairs bedroom and two doubles on the open mezzanine. Well maintained pool, access shared with the Pelloux family who live on-site. The only slight issue was the noise from nearby construction work and the multitude of mopeds like very angry wasps. Otherwise a great stay and one we would like to repeat next year if possible. Supplementary note: the olive trees in the large garden produce the Pelloux’s own single source olive oil. Buy some before you leave!

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit allem, was man braucht (von Pool über Webergrill bis hin zu einer toll ausgestatteten Küche) und eine sehr nette Gastgeberin mit ihrer Familie! Wir waren mit unseren zwei Teenagertöchtern dort und haben alle unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :)

Nous avons été enchanté de notre séjour à Apt fin juillet 2025. La location est même plus belle que sur les photos et vous retrouverez absolument tous les accessoires nécessaires au quotidien d'une famille en vacances. Mention spéciale pour la mezzanine qui est parfaite pour 2 voire 3 enfants et qui apporte de ce fait un peu d'intimité aux parents.La propriété est très grande et remplie d'oliviers. On est directement dépaysé avec le chant des cigales et le beau panorama sur les collines du Lubéron.Les propriétaires sont discrets et très aimables. Ils sont fiers de leur région et nous ne pouvons que les encourager sur cette voie tant ce paysage de Provence est beau et paisible. Pour les baroudeurs, le coin est propice aux belles et longues randonnées ou balades en vélo (qui sont d'ailleurs généreusement prêtés par les propriétaires !), pour les curieux nous préconisons les petits villages perchés et le Colorado provençal dans un rayon de 20 km max. Pour les pantouflards, la propriété se suffit à elle-même avec trampoline, table de ping-pong, belle piscine, barbecue et nombreux transats.Encore merci pour votre accueil Mme Pelloux et très bonne continuation.

Au coeur de la Provence

Merci beaucoup à la famille Pelloux pour cet accueil vraiment chaleureux et bienveillant! Merci aussi pour le vin, les oeufs, l'huile, les figues et tous ces entretiens agréebles et conviviaux! La maison se trouve au centre de la Provence, donc nous avons profité pour visiter les villages de la region, pour monter sur le Luberon et pour faire un peu de vélo aussi. La piscine et le barbeque complètent les propositions excellentes de cette belle maison dans la magnifique jardin d'oliviers. Merci :-)

Schönes Anwesen mit schönem Blick auf den Luberon

Das Anwesen befindet sich in einer schönen, sauberen Hanglage mit schönem Blick auf den Luberon. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die zentrale Lage der Ferienwohnung erlaubt Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung wie z.B. Gordes, Lourmarin oder die Ockerfelsen. Der Pool sorgt für eine angenehme Erfrischung insbesondere bei höheren Temperaturen im Sommer. Zusammenfassend können wir das Anwesen nur empfehlen und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Apt. Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus und nette, sympathische Gastgeber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Badezimmer ebenso und mit toller Dusche. Ganz toll war auch der Pool. Wir haben ihn täglich genutzt. Was auch angenehm war, ist dass man direkt am Haus parken konnte. Also BESSER GEHT‘S NICHT. Vielen Dank an unsere netten Gastgeber. Wir genießen immer noch das köstliche Olivenöl das es zu Begrüßung mit einer Flasche Wein gab. Merci beaucoup.

Belle escapade dans le Lubéron

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans ce gîte idéalement situé pour visiter la région . Accueil très chaleureux par les propriétaires. Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, traumhafte Provence und nette Vermieter

Wir waren im Oktober 2023 1 Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Was soll man sagen, wir waren das erste Mal in der Provence und es war alles wunderbar. Wir wurden herzlich von Familie Pelloux empfangen und es gab zur Begrüssung RoséWein, frische Eier und Olivenöl aus dem eigenen Garten. Das Haus war für uns mit 3 Kindern super geschnitten,war sehr schön, sauber und top ausgestattet, sogar Spielzeug / Spiele waren vorhanden.Es fehlte an nichts in der Küche und alle Fenster hatten Mückenschutzgitter. Die Lage war perfekt, oberhalb von Apt am Hügel, zentral und doch idylllisch und man hatte einen schönen Panorama-Ausblick. Von hier aus waren alle typischen provencalischen Ortschaften nah gelegen und alles gut erreichbar. Und der Garten war auch toll, die Olivenbäume, der Pool, alles sehr gepflegt. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und das Haus und freuten sich über die Hühner. Wir genossen täglich das Frühstück und das Abendessen auf der gemütlichen Terrasse mit dem Grill. Und das ganze hat uns Familie Pelloux ermöglicht. Vielen Dank an Aurore und Dominique. Sie sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und zugleich diskret. Und das Wetter spielte auch noch mit, es war wärmer als erwartet für diese Zeit...wir konnten täglich den Pool geniessen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhafte Tage

Wir waren im September 2023 14 Tage bei der Familie Pelloux. Das Haus ist sehr schön und super ausgestattet. Es liegt oberhalb von Apt mit einem sehr schönen Blick durch den Olivenhain in die Umgebung. Das Haus, der Pool und der große Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, alles war sehr unkompliziert, trotz unserer fehlenden Sprachkenntnisse. Vielen Dank nochmal an die Familie Pelloux für diesen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt, für ihre Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft - und für den Clé Allen!

Ruhige Lage - Toll Einrichtung

Die Wohnung liegt etwas am Hügel in Apt. Die Lage ist ruhig und ideal zum entspannen. Familie Pelloux ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir danken für Eier, Öl und Wein. Wunderschöne zwei Wochen in Traum-Ferienhaus mit Pool und riesigem Garten. Es blieb kein Wunsch offen: Olivenbäume, Lavendel, hauseigene Hühner, Tischtennis, Trampolin, Liegestühle, vollausgestattete Küche inkl. aller vorstellbaren Elektrogeräte, Insektenschutzgitter vor jedem Fenster... Die Vermieter, mit denen man sich das Anwesen teilt, sind zuvorkommend, sehr nett und diskret.
