On the Heights of Apt, in the Heart of the Luberon, this brand-new and modern villa offers the perfect setting for a holiday in Provence. Just a few minutes from the town center, it combines the tranquility of a natural environment with the proximity to amenities.

The house can accommodate between 8 and 11 people with its 4 double bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable beds (160 cm and 140 cm), plus two additional mattresses if needed. The ground floor features a spacious, bright living area, including a lounge, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, etc.). A modern bathroom with a bathtub and Italian shower, along with two separate toilets, complete the interior spaces.

Outside, two terraces allow you to fully enjoy outdoor dining: one facing south and the other facing north, so you can adapt to different times of the day. The heated pool is perfect for moments of relaxation throughout your stay.
