Family Getaway

Great location and clean property. Pool and beach access perfect for a family. Kitchen small but user friendly. Beds fine just wish one of the rooms had two beds for children or teens. Overall an excellent condo to stay for a few days. Will come again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and roomy. Communication with manager was easy and prompt. Some upkeep is needed. Would suggest repairing the loose pieces of wood on and around the stairs. We had no soap in one of the bathrooms upstairs and the other bathroom's dispenser was empty.

MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED

This property is much better than what the listing shows. The 1st level gives a small family plenty of space to gather. The 2 bedrooms on the 2nd level are spacious. The bed mattresses can be better but that would be an extra, not an expectation. It’s difficult to please my wife on cleanliness. She didn’t feel the usual “yuck” when in comes to short term rental properties. The entire property is well maintained. The pool was heated so the kids loved swimming even with the 65 degree coastal weather. There’s a distant view of the ocean off the balcony. Lots of grass space for kids to run around and play. We are very happy and you get the value with this property. I will book again.

Furnishings and decor were dated and somewhat damaged. Towels and bedding were quite well worn. The pans were old and scratched up but otherwise the kitchen was pretty well equipped. All in all it was okay.

Our overall experience stay here was beautiful. The scenery was nice. The check-in process was easy. Everything was conveniently located. We were able to enjoy the beach and then eat at the sanderling hotel restaurant our first night there the next night we eat at Shadowbrook our Villa was clean. It was neat. There was enough towels in each bathroom. There was enough towels for us to go to the beach as well the kitchen was clean The ambience in the villa was really nice. I liked our balcony deck. I like that we had a fireplace. I like that the TV was easy to access the remote control easily available. The biggest plus was the washer and dryer. We enjoyed our stay there. It was my boyfriend's birthday weekend. We wish we had more time but it was a nice two day getaway. I would recommend this to my family and friends 1000%.

Could use some furniture

Unit os dark as it faces north. Apartment was spartan. The one couch was hard, old leather that seats maybe three. No other seating in living room! Have stayed in other units that were all much more comfortably furnished. Fireplace didn’t work and property management said the repair person was coming after our stay! Only one night stand in master bedroom. To bad for the other person in terms of a simple place to put a glass of water let alone charge your phone. Outdoor furniture is rusted and looks like old classroom school chairs. The property is awesome, this unit is lacking!

Quaint and relaxing

Enjoyed the stay. Property was well maintained, and nice walk to beach. House had good accommodations. According to the listing, there was supposed to be a second sofa/futon in the living room, but it wasn't there - fortunately, we didn't need it. Also, the electric barbeque didn't work; we had hoped to use it while we were there. Would have been nice to have a few more amenities in the place for the beach - like an umbrella, frisbee, maybe some sand toys, etc.

We had a very nice time staying in this unit and the other one rented as well. Seascape is always lovely. We are repeat guests at the resort. Very clean and had everything we needed plus a lovely view! I would not hesitate to book this again! Thank you!

This unit was perfect for our family. Clean and comfortable. Seascape is always a favorite of ours. A little disappointed that the pool hours are only open until 6P, but understand the reason. Overall, another great trip in the books.

Relaxing at the beach

Overall, it was a present place to stay with friends and family. Unfortunately, the wild fires brought ashes and Poor air quality to the area. We didn’t get to do much outdoors, but enjoyed our stay.

caveat emptor

First and formost, we rented the place because we were evacuated from our home due to the fires here in California. We know it was originally empty the day before we were to arrive. Management rented it out and let us in without adhearing to the 24 hour Covid rule for rentals. We were shocked but had no where to go. This could be a much nicer condominium for no too much cost 1. If you want ice cubes in your drink, bring your own ice cube tray. 2. If you want to read in bed, only 1 end table and lamp in each bedroom. BYO The bed in the bedroom without a dresser and the bathroom that had a leak was awful. 3. The vacuum repeatedly falls apart and needs to be reassembled as you use it. 4. There is a hole in the living room ceiling with a bucket underneath with some water in it. There was a bucket under one sink in the bathroom where the leak originated. If you want to cook, bring your own condiments including salt and pepper. 5. No TV in 1 bedroom. 6. Furniture in bedrooms pretty rickety 7. We cleaned the filter in the dryer. It had NEVER been done. Among other things this could cause a fire. We were lucky to have a place to stay, so we really shouldn't complain, but I would never rent it for a vacation(especially at the price charged)
