Beach or great outdoors more your thing? 10 minutes from Seacliff State Beach and 12 minutes to Nisene Marks, this sunny locale is your comfortable home base for your next adventure. Why not just hang out by the pool? The water typically stays comfortable for swimming from April-September. Enjoy dining for 8 inside or on the patio. So close to the sea, but above the foggier lower elevations. Family friendly!

BEDS: 3 king beds with memory foam mattresses. 3 twin beds, including a trundle bed, each with memory foam mattresses.

KITCHEN: Well stocked with PFAS-free cookware.

ENSUITE: Rocking chair, Ceiling fan, private gas fireplace, large walk-in closet, lounge area with sofa & coffee table, 4K Smart TV with many streaming options, and a private bathroom.

BABY ITEMS: 2 high chairs & 2 Pack `n Plays.

FOR THE KIDS: Updated play area in kids room with toys, books, climbing blocks, and play tent. Basketball hoop at the pool.

POOL: Enclosed for kid safety. Find pool towels, lounge chairs, and a pool basketball hoop provided for your enjoyment. Solar pool heating system has the pool comfortable for swimming from April-September. Propane heating is expensive, but available October-March (a week`s notice typically needed).


OFFICE SPACE: Separate enclosed office in the the mini-cottage overlooking the pool.

You will have access to the entire property including the swimming pool (April-September), outdoor lounge areas, outdoor dining table & chairs, and a mini cottage overlooking the pool. Mini cottage features an office space, lounge space, and yoga mats.

We’re available should you need anything, but we give guests their space.

Located in a sunny section of Aptos Hills. You will be in family neighborhood in the country, but still just a few minutes drive to all modern conveniences, shops, beaches, and more. The neighborhood is especially vigilant about maintaining the quiet hours from 10 PM and will reach out to us should any disturbance beyond this time occur.
