Access to our room was very easy and the ocean view was really nice. We were able to see two amazing sunsets. Our room was clean and tidy when we arrived. The sliding doors glass was filthy and the screen would not stay on the rails when sliding open and closed. The screen actually off the rails a couple of times during our stay. The gas fireplace would not fire up after turning on the fireplace switch. I messaged the owner and was told that someone would show up to check it out the next day while we were away. When we returned, it appeared that someone had shown up to look at the fireplace. I had left the switch cover up and the sliding door open. The switch cover was in the down position and the sliding door was closed when we returned. The was no note left from whomever showed up, nor did I hear anything back from the property owner. I tried again to start the fireplace place but was unsuccessful. The left bi-fold door upper roller would get hung up in the upper track. You would have to force it pass this point wherever you tried to close the door. Forcing the door closed was quite loud. The main bathroom door squeaked loudly when closing.

Good but a few fixes needed

Communication was excellent and we appreciated that. It was very foggy and chilly the evening we arrived and unfortunately the fireplace didn’t work. It appeared it had been fussed with before. We contacted our VRBO agent to inform them and they were appreciative but said it would be two days before service could come to address it. We were locked out of our unit on our second day for some reason and were able to contact and get new codes for entry within 10 minutes. The only other issue that might be addressed is a leak causing a rusting sink faucet right handle in the bathroom. It is a discoloration that is causing problems for towels and the counter. A few Bathroom drawers could be cleaned up a bit if someone was to use them. We didn’t use the kitchen facilities so can’t speak to that. Did enjoy the balcony.

Very relaxing!

Nice room for a couple. Kitchenette got the job done, but don't expect to get too much in the dishwasher. Carpet had a couple of stains, but that didn't bother us. Overall, a great location. And we loved the orientation of the view. Slider open at all times to soak in the comfortable coastal air. We would stay here again.
