「My family and I had a great stay. We've stayed at the Seascape several times but the location of this condo is the best. I wasn't expecting the whales to put on a show but they certainly did and we soaked it all in. The mattress in the master bedroom was a bit firm for my liking but not bad enough to make me not go back. The house was fully loaded and the balconies are a definite plus. I promise you can't go wrong by staying here.」

「Had a lovely stay over the 4th of July weekend. Walk out from condo right to ocean bluff, saw whales on multiple occasions. Resort amenities- pool and restaurant were great.」

「This house was even better than the pictures. We loved our stay here It was like being at our own private resort! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the beds were comfortable and the pool/hot tub were a highlight for the family. 」

「Our stay was exceptional! Location was outstanding, rooms are clean , cozy, well furnished, lots of space to gather as a family. We definitely will stay here again in the future. Thank you for the amazing communication with the host . 」

「The condo is just as pictured, a perfect ground floor unit with direct access to grass and a path to the beach. I received all the information from Jane prior to the visit and everything was very easy. The beds are quite comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen are modern. Only note is the HOA approved electric BBQ did not create enough heat, and should be cleaned between guests.」

「The estate was more beautiful in person. The property manager was very helpful and responded to all our questions. The estate was perfect for our whole family ranging from 21-92 years of age. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for casual dining and the chef's kitchen was incredible for our dinners. The movie room and kids room downstairs worked great for all the cousins. We had yoga classes on the lawn and had a tequila presentation in the beautiful bar area. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy...

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seascape. The unit was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we would need. For One member of our group it was the first time to California and seeing the Pacific Ocean so the views and access to the ocean was great! We would definitely stay again」

Also shoutout to Teddy for being an absolute lovely and accomodating host. He was really flexible with the check in and check out timjngs. 」

「We rented the penthouse apartment/top deck and the 3rd floor villa for 9 adults. Fantastic views and huge kitchen to cook group means. Absolutely will rent this villa again if/when we are doing the Santa Cruz Ironman or anytime with a group. Indoor, secure parking appreciated also. 1 block from the beach and pier. The manager is readily available if/when questions come up. 」
