A equipe do hotel é muito gentil atenciosa. Todos muito educados dos recepcionistas as moças da cozinha. Café da manhã é bom inclusivo a pessoas que tem diabetes, então fica mais à mercê da pessoa adoçar o que tiver que adoçar. Mas tem uma variedade de pães todas as manhãs tem ovos mexidos, cuscuz e salsicha. Dois tipos de suco e iogurte. Dois tipos de bolo. Um pudim que não era doce, e diariamente tinha tortas e afins. O lugar é bem grande, A área do café é aconchegante fica ao lado da piscina. Não conseguimos nadar na piscina, no dia que tentamos estava fechado para limpar. Recepção é agradável tem de cortésia um microondas para o uso dos hóspedes. No quarto que ficamos tinha uma bancada com uma cadeira e um frigobar, a televisão era LCD e só funcionavam dois canais Globo e Record. O quarto era bem iluminado com três lâmpadas. Ar condicionado bom. A cama de casal eram duas camas de solteiro, o que foi desconfortável para dormir. Além do fato do prédio estar em obras então de manhã cedo tinha um bate-bate que parecia que era dentro do quarto. A moça avisou que estava em obras quando fizemos o check-in. O elevador ficava dando erro, você aperta para subir e ao chegar no andar ele fecha a entrada da porta lentamente várias vezes, e volta para o andar inicial. Nos assustamos no início mas nos acostumamos. Era só apertar para subir de novo que a gente chegava. Check-in e check out tranquilo. Funcionava 24 horas a saída e recepção de pessoas então podíamos passear de madrugada.

Pra comecar fiz o pagemnto aqui pela plataforma e ao chegar no hotel , o recpecionista informou que o pagamento estava pendente. Ao mostrar o comprovante de pagamento e o agendamento pelo aplicativo o mesmo informou que havia se enganado. A tv do quarto estava com problemas e mesmo me queixando sobre isso, nao mandaram ninguem olhar, apenas informou que nao havia outro quarto, não há vista pela janela ,ao abrir vc so ver paredes e restos de obras. Não há quem lhe oriente sobre o café da manhã e não há atracoes por perto. Necessario sair o tempo todo de uber, rua com pouquíssimo movimento ao anoitecer.

O hotel serve ao propósito caso você só queria um lugar para dormir e tomar um banho. As instalações são bem antigas. Além do cheiro de mofo, passamos nossa estadia sem luz principal no quarto, ficamos somente com as lâmpadas laterais. Eles não trocaram a lâmpada ou resolveram.

O hotel precisa urgentemente de um upgrade. Cafe da manha péssimo, com suco de pacote, poucas opções e nao repõem quando acaba. O quarto sujo, toalhas com aspecto de sujo (grude, marrom) de pessima qualidade. A cama que era para ser de casal, foram 2 de solteiro juntas. Nunca mais volto, nem indico

O atendimento na recepção foi muito bom. Checkin e checkout bem rápidos. O café da manhã é bom, mas com bem poucas opções. Limpeza Ok, porém a infraestrutura bem depreciada. banheiro com box minúsculo e chuveiro ruim (ex. se vc quer tomar banho sem molhar o cabelo se torna uma missão quase impossível hahaha).

Quarto totalmente diferente das fotos do anuncio, chuveiro pingava agua a noite toda, janela com vidro solto ficava batendo sem parar por conta do vento e o pior de todos, logo cedo iniciaram obras. Quebrado paredes no quarto acima tornando impossível dormir ate mais tarde. A unica coisa que foi boa, foi o atendimento dos funcionarios.
