「Okay room but terrible experience. I have areservation of 2 bedrooms, but was provided with 1 room when we arrived. We tried to show the owner what we have booked, the confirm letter from hotels, with my name my room details and all details. But he just refused to communicate, shouting at us he didn't know what we say, he has no mistake, we are the liers, take or leave! 「Fantastic experience at the Sveltos Residence Suites. The check in was fast and friendly, the suite itself was absolutely top of the line and very clean and new. I would highly recommend staying at the Sveltos Residence Suites if you want to experience the best of the best!」
