"The impression on the initial entry into the building is ok but each step further in the building got worse and worse. We were there to watch the Tour de France so the location was excellent for that, but everything else was AWFUL. No sheets available on the filthy beds, no bath towels just 2 disgusting kitchen towels that were stained so badly it was hard to tell if they had been cleaned. Keep looking elsewhere because this place is not good."

Tuve varios problemas para que me llegaran los mensajes a mi correo y respondieron cada una de mis llamadas y atendieron mis inquietudes, la casa en general es muy linda, queda en medio de la nada y con una vista a las estrellas! Vale cada centavo de lo que cuesta! La cocina tiene todo lo que puedas llegar a necesitar, y tienen suficientes toallas para el baño; tuve varios problemas de alergia por el polvo de los enredones pero es algo normal en un material tan grande"

En été le village est mort. J ai bien aimé l ouverture de l appartement avec l application téléphonique. Cela permet une souplesse pour l heure d arrivée. "The hotel is in a good location, walking distance to restaurants and stores. Parking is plentiful. The view from your hotel room is beautiful. The buildings are well maintained. You do need to bring supplies and you do need to clean the unit before you leave. The utility company was doing work on the water supply to the street which we were advised of but had no idea how long the water would be off for. It turned out it was only off for a short time so no real impact. A good experience overall."

"Super gite très bien équipé pour les groupes et excellemment situé pour visiter la région. Il faut juste penser à noter les informations avant d'arriver ou de partir du gite car il n'y a pas de réseau téléphonique à l'extérieur (une fois à l'intérieur il y a le wifi)."

"Great location. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Don’t pay for parking as there is free parking at the bottom of the road in the big car park. The outdoor pool was so unclean. It was apparently closed which was a surprise in Sunmer and during a heatwave but we were not informed of this. There were some residents jumping into it and I’d imagine they would have been poorly next day! Although the rooms were clean, the balconies were really dirty. We can to clean the surfaces to be able to lean on them. There were no chairs to sit out which was a shame. There was space in front of the balcony which had all broken glass and an old poor towel that had been left. Not nice to look onto. Our superior double had a coffee machine but in the 3 days we were there we only got two pods and they didn’t get restock each day. Same for the bottle of water. When we asked at reception we reluctantly got a further two. Overall a good hotel with a great location. Attention to detail could be better."

"This hotel was booked at the last moment due to the other hotel being unable to supply any food, this hotel ticked all the boxes, quick check-in, secure motorcycle parking (paid), friendly helpful staff, the breakfast was fresh and well presented, the evening meal was also freshly served. Will return again."

"Perfect for large groups. We rented all three buildings for a cycling holiday. Great location 15 min to Lourdes or Argeles. Clean pool and jacuzzi. Hosts are easy to talk to and very responsive."
