“Staff and parking”

“The room was wet. While I understand how humid it is, the carpet was wet, the bedding was damp, and it was very uncomfortable. The beds do not fit the bed frames correctly and there are metal pieces of the frame hanging out in each side that we kept getting caught on and it hurt. The side door lock was broken and you could not get in with your card key. The breakfast was not that great. You didn't really have much of an option. You could have eggs, sausage links, and/or and oversized……

“It was short staffed and had kind of ok experience”

“This Quinta...looks more like a motel.... Dirty rooms, smelly restrooms.... dirty breakfast area Cold eggs.... Dirty coffee dispenser Unfriendly staff I will not recommend this hotel to no one.”

“Our room was very nice and clean. Our only problem was that during the night the smoke detector went off once and stopped. We informed the staff and they fixed it. We were in a handicap room and some of the children on our floor thought that it would be funny to push the doorbell which is for deaf visitors. Unfortunately the sound is very loud. We were able to get them to stop. Other than that our stay was good, and the breakfast was good.”

“Good ”

“Smell moldy everywhere in the hotel from the moment you step in. It's worse in the room than in the lobby. It was very disgusting and made me sick. Air outside wasn't smelly and was not humid. Something is wrong with the hotel and I feel it was from the moldy carpet. You don't want to stay here even though there is a free night.”
