“Everything was amazing”

“Paying $4k for 5 days stay and the hotel does not have drinking water area or a dispenser in the main lobby for anyone. Front desk said we have to purchase drinking water. the bar area was closed around 1pm so the guests do not have any choice but to purchase water inspite of paying $4k. This is just ridiculous for not having a drinking water dispenser in the main lobby. The whole milk containers / jugs during breakfast time use to get empty pretty fast and none to the working staff comes to……

“The majority of the people that work there are very nice and attentive. I had one exception with someone who saw me walking at night from the beach area, this person told me I was not allowed to be there, without even asking if I was staying at the resort. The rooms are very outdated but clean. One of the elevators was under maintenance practically during my entire stay, so additional time to go up and down the elevator was needed. “I can't say enough good things about Manchebo. The staff is very helpful, welcoming and friendly. The property and rooms are very clean. The restaurant and bar/lunch areas are open to the environment with nice breezes and great views of the beach. The beach itself is excellent with clean white sand, enough thatch umbrellas for all the guests and is was not at all crowded during our end of June stay. Food and drink service on the beach is also excellent. Swimming is good too with aqua water……
