"No breakfast available during spring,summer& fall months.only serve breakfast in the wintertime Only resturants close by only are open on certsin days, which meant people had to go to the nearby village for a meal which was inconvenient Parking was secure that was a plus "

"The only thing I did not like was the check in time of 5pm. That is really late. I asked for an earlier time but they had an issue and had renters checking out that day. They may have accomodated me otherwise. I love the places that are walking distance to the village, and the round houses are just fun. Beautiful views. And if you are lucky you might get to see military jets come through on maneuvers from Virginia Beach which is really amazing to experience."

"Our group of family and friends had a great stay! The house is well stocked with anything you could want to stay entertained when not exploring the outdoors. Monica was responsive and a wonderful host. For those with an EV car, there is an EV charger in the parking lot - so super easy to recharge while away. Highly recommend Black Bear 33!"
