In the heart of Arcachon's city center, this spacious 75 m² duplex apartment in a prestigious residence offers an ideal location: the main beach and shops are within easy walking distance, no car needed!

Located on the first floor, it features a lovely south-facing terrace perfect for soaking up the sun, enjoying al fresco dining, or relaxing on the outdoor seating.

Sleeps up to 6 comfortably:

Bedroom 1 (upstairs): 1 double bed (140 cm) + wardrobes
Bedroom 2 (upstairs): 2 single beds (90 cm) + wardrobes
Open mezzanine: 1 double bed (140 cm)
