The dining room, separated by a bar, opens onto a balcony. The former loggia, transformed into a 2nd bedroom with a 160 cm sofa bed, is bathed in light thanks to a large west-facing bay window offering a lovely view of the city and the bay. The terrace offers a panoramic view of the Arcachon bay and the magnificent seafront villas, ideal for enjoying the beautiful days and having meals. The apartment, carefully decorated, is both functional and warm. It has an underground parking box and an Internet / WIFI connection. The beach is at the foot of the residence, a supermarket (Carrefour Market) is 30 meters away and Arcachon city center is only a 10-minute walk away. Pets are not allowed.
