Comfort in the heart of the town

A comfortable, clean property in the heart of Arcachon. Easy access to shops, bars and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Also an easy walk from the train station for those arriving using lower-carbon public transport. Our short late winter break was a little chillier than we'd hoped, but the property was cosy. Would definitely use this again.

Le Regatta "Fab apartment in the Centre of Arcachon 🙂 Excellent location, in the centre of Arcachon. You are close to everything. Near all of the beautiful shops and great selection restaurants, close to the golden sandy beach. There is a daily market in the square close by . The apartment is well equipped with comfortable beds and pillows. The bedrooms are to the back and both rooms open out onto a small terrace and it is very quiet at night. The balcony at the front looks out onto a pretty street with shops. We loved to sit on the balcony with our morning coffee and watch the world go by. Perfect location 👌 🙁 If you are driving to Arcachon parking free parking is not provided by the property. We had to put the car in the car park which is nearby and cost €30 per day . There are also no side streets close by with free parking. It is important to know if you are driving from Bordeaux airport. The apartment does not have air con. There was only 1 fan , and we requested a 2nd fan, which was provided and made out stay in the apartment very comfortable 😀"

Le Regatta "Perfecte locatie maar heeft opfrisbeurt nodig 🙂 De locatie is geweldig! Midden in het centrum, heel dicht bij strand. 🙁 Meubilair is echt niet comfortabel. Je kunt niet lekker zitten. Barkrukken zijn veel te hoog zodat je gebukt zit te eten. Stoeltjes op balkon hou je het geen 5 min op vol. Bank is versleten ziet er niet fris uit. Badkamer is niet prettig. Schimmel in de douche cabine is ruim aanwezig. Zowel badkamer als wc ruiken niet fris al waren ze zeker schoon. Daarnaast is de keuken een allegaartje aan messen vorken kopjes bekers. 1 kapot wijnglas. Wij vonden het ook benauwd binnen terwijl het niet echt warm was buiten. Airco zou geen overbodige toevoeging zijn. Al met al we zijn beter gewend in deze prijsklasse."

Le Regatta 🙂 We were met and shown around the accommodation on arrival. The communication beforehand with the host organisation was excellent. The location was superb - so close to the beach, supermarket, bakery, shops and restaurants. The restaurant and cafe recommendations provided by the accommodation were really great. It is a lovely apartment, very comfortable and secure.
