Traumhafte Lage in Arcachon

Aus dem dritten Stockwerk vom Balkon direkt auf das Becken von Arcachon schauen - das ist das absolute Highlight dieses Apartments. Vom Grundstück kommt man direkt ins Wasser - auch klasse. Die Einrichtung wirkt etwas zusammen gewürfelt, aber es ist alles da und funktionstüchtig.Riesenvorteil bei schwieriger Parksituation vor Ort ist der inkludierte Stellplatz in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage.Der Lift war während unseres Aufenthaltes leider defekt. Wie gesagt, 3. Etage.

prise en charge des clefs & dossier: parfait. Appartement avec parking parfait; appartement avec vue superbe. 500 m du cœur de ville; baignade directe de l'appart. Orientation appart Nord/NO pour le couché de soleil; toute l'activité marine du bassin devant vous & très calme (en Mai)ATTENTION (photos à l'appuis à l'agence) : propreté de l'appartement clairement à revoir: les couettes & coussins tachés, la poussière générale, vitres très sales (la vue sur bassin est le de l'appart...) c'est dommage ... literie 140 cm lit encastrable confort du lit à vous de juger.bon séjour à tous.

Situation et vue excellentes. Appartement vieillot.

Vue magnifique. Accès plage directe. Meubles vieillots. Canapé si mou qu'il est très difficile d'en sortir. Cuisine à refaire. Electronique limite à part une machine à café Nespresso.
