"Side door wouldn’t open from the outside, so we had to walk from one side of the building to the complete other side where our room was. Then we find out no elevator, so had to haul our 4 small kids plus luggage up & down stairs. Went to put stuff in the fridge, but it wouldn’t cool down. Told front desk & she was going to have me carry one from another room, but checked that one & it didn’t work either, so I said forget it. Went to get pillows & blanket for the pullout couch, but she only had sheets. There was also some trash under the couch. I wish I would’ve just paid a little more & gone somewhere different."

"The desk clerk, Jessica, was amazing! My husband wasn’t feeling well, so I requested early check in. She made it happen 2 hours early, and then, unfortunately, our toilet wasn’t functioning, so she came to check and decided to move us…right down the hall. She brought us the new key and left the door open for us. I’m not sure I have ever had a more attentive, helpful, kind staff person! "

"We loved the room, staff, location, and hotel. Our only complaints were: - The breakfast was not good. They only had waffles, cereal, tasty potatoes with peppers, gravy, very small apples, dry biscuits (no butter or jelly), no eggs, and the little muffins were so hard/stiff I couldn't bite into them. - There were no dog bags and doo doo all over the grassy parts. - The sidewalk around the back of the hotel had all kinds of debris, broken glass, etc. as if homeless were living there. The hotel should clean that up."

"Just could heat our room up, it was cold all night. No furnace working only ac. When its 66 in the room thats cold. Out side was low 40s"
