Out back you'll find an enclosed back yard complete with a gas grill and an outdoor Ping-Pong table! Guests will also enjoy access to a shared lounge area and a three-person sauna!

    Things to know:
    Full kitchen (no dishwasher)

Great location.

This property is walking distance to much of downtown. The bed seemed a bit small but overall a nice place to stay.

Quiet, Clean, Cozy Little Loft

This place is a gem. We loved how close it was to everything in town. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was convenient. The building seemed to be a little bit at a slant and felt a little dizzying once in awhile, but otherwise was great! We loved it and would absolutely stay there again.

Cute loft in excellent location

This was my third time staying here and I will likely be back despite the fact that is a little rough around the edges. It is so perfectly located and quite charming. It’s a great launchpad for exploring HumCo as well a quiet spot if you’re coming to Arcata for R & R.

Loved my stay! Very comfortable quiet space. The first night there was a raucous family in the hot tub and they drained all the water but the next morning the management company was out and cleaned it and filled it! Very responsive!
