“Very cozy and located in a conveniently located quiet neighborhood, just a 20 minute walk to Downtown Arcata and Cal Poly Humboldt. Perfect stay for couples. The house is well supplied with general use utensils and super clean. Hosts Matt and Katie were super nice and communicative thought the entire stay. Recommended!”

“The property was listed with photos of coast cliff, beach dinner, and sunset beach walk! But none of these are part of the ADU! We are booking based on the coast property that can see the ocean or bay but it ends up with a non-refundable booking within the town of a busy street. Traffic noise in night time and early morning. Bed is so soft. For the same price, we were picking between an ocean facing hotel and the “cliff+beach side” ADU. Big mistakes! Host should remove those three unrelated……

“Tight, but every little thing provided for a comfortable stay. Great location.”

“I was so impressed with this redwood oasis! The bathtub was heavenly and the bed was super comfy. It had everything I could possibly need. Noa was so responsive and great! A 5 star recommendation!”

“Great stay!! Everything we needed and more! Super clean and new! Great communication from host and awesome tips for surrounding areas to check out. Beautiful Trinidad.”

“Great location, comfortable layout. Could use a more comfortable sofa, but otherwise great!”

“Loved our stay. Looking forward to next year.”

“Tout était parfait! Pour avoir réservé plusieurs appartements, maisons, condos, nous pouvons dire que c'est la première fois que nous avons une maison aussi bien équipée (équipements de qualité). Maison très bien située près des restaurants et marchés et à quelques minutes de marche de l'université Cal Poly Humboldt. Rien de négatif.”

“Perfect stop for us before Redwoods national park!”

“Loved the location and Amber was great taking care of us when we had a little problem.”

“I enjoyed my stay here. The bed was cozy, lots of natural light. It is very conveniently located downtown.”

“Cute cozy little cottage that accommodated my family well. Very well stocked. Great instructions for check in/check out. Information on things to do was helpful. Nice yard to relax under the shade tree after touring all day. Definitely recommend this place to families.”

“Great vacation stay for a week! Very relaxing and quiet area near the beach. Perfect place to stay with our dogs and enjoy some time off.”

“Beautiful cottage, lovely location and accessible to everything. The host has really made sure you have everything you need at this stay. Would stay here again!”

“Really cute older house! Great house if you have a baby that needs naps because the room with the blue curtains is furthest from the living room and is separated by a hallway that's fully enclosed with doors, so you can talk/watch TV/whatever without worrying about waking up baby. We stayed in August and the house got pretty warm (high was 65F but room got to 78F) while we were gone during the day, but they had (2) portable fans available to cool it down pretty quickly.”

“Location was super convenient. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, the movie theater, and a quick drive to the Redwoods. Downtown Arcata is charming and quirky and this home fits right in. This is a warm, cozy, comfy space. Very clean, with everything we could need on hand. Beds were so warm and comfortable. My husband and I traveled with two of our teens and two of their friends. We gave the teens the front bedroom (which is very spacious) and we didn’t hear a peep from them, which was so……

“Very comfy and clean! I do think it needs drawers in each bedroom even if it is just a couple. Putting my folded underclothes and t-shirts on a chair in the closet was not exactly what I was looking for. But overall all very nice stay! ”

“We loved everything about the property. It was a great stay for us. Everything was clean and organized. Made my graduation trip truly special.”

“The property was conveniently located at the north end of the Avenue of the Giants, so we were able to make our way from Mendocino up to this point for a night before returning back on the scenic route toward the coast and back down to Sonoma.Very conveniently located to restaurants, casino and micro brewery. We truly enjoyed our stay. ”
