“This was by far our favorite stay in all of Greece including Athens, nafplio, Paros and Santorini. It is a Hyatt brand and built on top of what was an old, ancient minoan village. “The villas was very clean, spacious and modern. We were there March 12-16 so very early in the season. The pools were closed which I didn’t know until getting there as it was shown when I booked that heated pools were all year round. There was apparently a sandstorm from Africa for a week prior to us coming which then closed the pools. The host offered us an extra night free however we already had our flights back to Athens booked so couldn’t take advantage of that. Michaelis offered a dinner……

“We enjoyed our stay at Village Heights Resort. The staff were amazing and looked after us well. The food was great, with plenty of choice to choose from, including the variety of restaurants they have. Rooms were of good size and were cleaned daily. Only downside was the bathrooms could be modernised. Good views of the sea. The free shuttle bus from the hotel to the centre of Hersonissos was very helpful. “Licht und Schatten Als erstes vorweg, es steht zwar Sentido drauf ist aber maximal Sentido ligth drin. Im Vergleich zum Sentido Blue auf Kreta zwei Kategorien darunter. “Perfect stay, friendly staff, good location, long walks recommended ( to Centre ville, to a nearby wild beach, to the port) food excellent, but not exactly close by, Attention: few food places, coffee shops and restaurants close to the hotel will charge you over any listed price. “So wie auf den Bildern im Internet wirkt es auch tatsächlich vor Ort, alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, und das Essen ist hervorragend. Die Betten sind bequem, auf Wunsch bekommt man bei der Rezeption einen Topper. Für einen erholsamen Badeurlaub in einem Resort ist diese Anlage absolut zu empfehlen. Der nahegelegene Flughafen hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Auch die Busverbindung direkt vor dem Hotel funktioniert einwandfrei. Einziger kleiner……
