“Nice hotel and a good location in town and short drive to many wineries (5 minute walk to restaurants). Quiet. Outdoor private hot tub is not heated (so was not really useable in October).”

“This is an extraordinary boutique hotel. Our room was luxurious with a very large balcony with large table and hot tub. Very nice view as well. Staff was welcoming, informative, and answered all questions well. Breakfast was delicious and substantial. Although a little bit out of the historic downtown area of Iraklion, that district was a very walkable distance away. We enjoyed being in the less touristy part of the city and enjoying the local restaurants and shops frequented by residents.……

“Great place to stay, friendly staff and management. Unfortunately had an issue with my ferry and missed a night of my stay but management was very helpful in trying to accommodate me. My only issue is that then hot water sometimes ran out in the shower and tap but the staff told me they were currently working on this issue which is reassuring. Great central location right near the centre of Heraklion”

“Agapi Beach Resort was wonderful for the entire duration of my stay. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Food was fantastic and fresh at every meal and restaurant. The beach is clean and there were always enough chairs for everyone. Property was clean and updated. Events were fun and inclusive, but certain events can not be reserved in the app. Staff members can get you signed up, so speak to one of them if you would like to attend a posted event. “Beautiful escape in the mountains with lovely views and warm welcome. We had a great stay here enjoyed the quiet start to our holiday. Don't use google map to get to the property. Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted.
The property is beautiful and isolated, so you need a car to get around here. Our host was lovely and accommodating. We arrived at dark……
