Modern Condo in Archbold - Near I-80
- Newly remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath condo located on a quiet street in Archbold, conveniently located 2 miles away from Sauder Village and 10 minutes off of Interstate 80.
This condo is centrally located, one block from downtown Archbold. Local restaurants, boutiques, and coffee shops are within walking distance.
Guest Access:This house is equipped with a smart lock and guests will be provided with a custom access code on the day of check in.
There are 2 queen beds, a twin sized sleeper couch, and a comfortable couch in the living room. Keurig, eat in kitchen, Roku TV, and back patio. Sleeps up to 6 with use of sleeper sofa and couch.
This condo is centrally located, one block from downtown Archbold. Local restaurants, boutiques, and coffee shops are within walking distance. Sauder Village is 2 miles from this airbnb. Interstate 80 is 10 minutes away.
Whether traveling for work or leisure our airbnb will accommodate for a great stay.
Guests park on the right side of the driveway. Street parking is available, except for between the hours of 11pm-7am during periods of snow.

My husband has traveled to this area twice for work and stayed here both times. It is nice, quiet, and very clean!! We highly recommend this condo and will stay there anytime we are in the area.

We loved our stay. Archbold is such a cute town. We enjoyed evening walks and the ability to unplug in this quiet neighborhood. If you are looking for a quiet, small town environment, this is the place for you.

Wonderful Accommodations
Easy to reserve, communicate, and locate. The condo is very clean and comfortable with a location right near town. It was nice to have an affordable and suitable accommodation for family in town for a funeral.

Relaxing Stay
After a long drive, we enjoyed the comforts of this duplex, including the seating on the back patio. The house was immaculate and the amenities perfect. We slept peacefully in the comfortable bed before venturing off in the morning to our next destination.

Megan’s place was 5+ stars!!!! So perfect in every way. Inviting, beautifully and tastefully decorated. She thought of every detail to make her guests’ stays feel like a luxury suite. It's always great when a property looks exactly like it does in the photos. There are lots of nice touches like the record player and games (even "Archboldopoly!"), the restaurant and area recommendations, lovely back porch, etc. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of linens and the washer and dryer were a godsend.
I should note that the 3 train tracks are close enough that you can hear the train horns every time a train comes through town. We used the bedside fans after the first night and that helped a lot.
The only things that didn't work well for us were things we could clearly see in the photos, like the tall kitchen table and chairs (we're older and short, LOL), and the stairs to the front door (one of us is disabled). If I were to suggest any improvement it would be to add more comfortable chairs in the living room.

Cozy, Clean, Convenient
The condo was very clear and easy to find. It's located in a small town but there are conveniences and a nice small collection of restaurants nearby. It was easy to access the condo and there were an array of necessities provided, including back-up shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which I completely forgot when I left my house so I was so grateful! There is a keurig, a small collection of K-cups, tea bags, and snacks provided.
It sleeps 6. That's 2 in each bed, 1 on the small fold out couch (and it's either kid-sized or very short person sized), and 1 on the couch (but it's actually EXTREMELY comfortable). It's so much more comfortable than a hotel room and easier to get in and get out.
I would definitely recommend this property to anyone headed out nearby. It's much better than the hotel options for an extremely good price.
