Near the end of a safe residential neighborhood with other townhomes and single family residences yet very close to Food Lion, Walgreens, McDonalds, Planet Fitness and a short drive to downtown Greensboro and the colosseum. Mike had the quickest response of any owner where we've stayed. The unit was like the photos. It was very comfortable and cute. Having 2.5 baths and laundry facilities were convenient. 「Cottage on Conrad was completely delightful. It’s about 4 miles from uptown Lexington straight down Hwy 64. A quiet rural setting but close to conveniences (Randy’s Restaurant and a Dollar General).The house is new and immaculate. Comfortable beds, cozy blankets, plenty of towels, and everything you could need. The kitchen is very well stocked. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into decorating and stocking the house. Highly recommend.」

「We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. 」
