“This is a great property that shows the owners care about their guests. Our family stayed over a weekend wedding. The owner was excellent at communicating, and the property itself has obviously had some careful thought put into what a renter would want. The little things like laundry detergent, q-tips, cotton balls, extra bedding, and sufficient towels made our stay easy. The house is laid out well, with good sized bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the living room, dining and kitchen space. ……

“Perfect for our large group. Lots of sleeping options and plenty of towels, pillows, etc. The two tv/living spaces were nice since we had a mix of parents and teens staying on site. The neighborhood was a little rundown for what we were expecting from the High Point area, but overall good value for our needs. ”

“What a great place to stay! Cliff was a wonderful host--friendly and welcoming. Easy to contact. Quickly responsive when questioned during our settling in phase. The furniture was comfortable. The mattress was perfect. The shower was forceful. Totally quiet (for sleeping). The dog was friendly, only barked a brief hello and goodbye to us. Never heard him otherwise. Decor displays Cliff's artistic talents and we enjoyed. Stick and Stone pizza--a few blocks away--is outstanding!”

“Many minor repairs are needed. The home was as clean as it can get without renovation. Gas grill was filled with charcoal and ash. Yard is overgrown with long grass and weeds. Mattresses are as uncomfortable as sleeping on a hardwood floor. For the price and quality, I would have rather stayed at a hotel. If you like a comfortable couch and big TV, this is your place. If you value anything else about your stay, look somewhere else. ”
