"This beach house was great. Quiet location and very comfy. The secure yard was great for our 2 dogs. Nice trail that connects, just up the street from the house that goes about a mile and half out to the campground and community center, great to take a walk with the dogs. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals and the bed was comfy. Great Wi-Fi! Nice sitting in the yard and listen to ocean. Highly recommend!"

"Cari was amazing with meeting our needs above and beyond!! After staying at some rentals, I was packing spices and oils and pans because they were lacking Cari’s home has everything you could possibly need!! And she’s got the nicest stuff she really does take incredible care of her guest!! I really appreciate her attention to detail!! It’s a great place to stay. We will be back actually we’ve already booked February."

"The house is beautiful. A breathtaking ocean front view. Very clean, well maintained, fully stocked, safe and easy to find. Me, my daughter and granddaughter enjoyed 4 fabulous days watching sunsets, listening to waves, soaking in the hot tub and walks on the beach. The backyard is steps to the ocean. Every room in the house has a view. Pics are spot on and Barr is a gracious and attentive host. Worth every penny. This was our second vaca here and there will be a third. 2 thumbs up..10 out of 10."

"The home was on a nice, quiet street and it was clean, well-stocked, and had a wonderful view of the ocean. There was plenty of room to spread out with comfortable furniture and a big screen TV in not only the main room but the game room as well. We also enjoyed the fire pit and the deck, and the property was safe to let our dog roam a little!"

"The house and location are just gorgeous!! The layout of the home is perfect. There is every amenity you could want and the quality of everything is NICE. We appreciated all of the notes everywhere with explanations/tips. We loved the local wildlife too - wild turkeys, jackrabbits, coyotes & deer. We even saw a fox cross our path when coming back from Jenner. We LOVED our time here!!!!"
