“Lovely home and stay. Enjoyed the area and the morning market. Claudia was responsive and the beds were very cozy!”

“Great location for all of the Gainesville area. The condo was clean and well furnished. Excellent communication from the owner made it an enjoyable stay!”

“It was very quite and peaceful; I look forward to returning and can highly recommend this property. Of note, there were flashlights everywhere which you rarely see and it was a comforting touch - the area around the house is pretty dark. We felt very safe with neighbors close by (but not too close!) Beds were comfortable, amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen very well stocked with extra supplies in the garage. The entire house was very clean!!!”

“The townhouse is located close to everything, had plenty of space for our family of three, and was pet friendly! Although the Gators lost regionals, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this house to anyone coming to Gainesville and needing a great place to stay!”

“Clean overall, but the noise from the freeway was a bit much.”

“Very clean and host provides for all of the basic needs. The location was perfect and has everything you need close by. Quiet location.”

“Definitely will stay here again. Close to everything.”

The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made us feel right at home. The location was excellent, within walking distance to several great restaurants, very close to Whole Foods, and conveniently near the university, mall and everything we needed during our visit. “Our stay in Gainesville was excellent. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check‑in was smooth, communication with the host was quick, and the location made it easy to get around town. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Overall, a great VRBO experience and one I would definitely book again.”

“We stayed here for a softball tournament. Place was clean and well decorated in a quaint little community. Great location as well. Host was very responsive.”

“Great location. Close to I75, plenty of shopping, for any needs from food to clothes. Plenty of eating establishments near by. Less than a 10 min drive to Shands. Very close to UF. Had all your basic kitchen needs. Even supplies to make coffee. Only odd thing to me was no wash clothes but we were able to bring our own.Was able to book same day and the complex and VRBO is pet friendly.”

“Inside is nice, but the neighbors are not the best in the area…”

“Loved the location!”
