“On finding out that the reason we were in Rhodes was to celebrate our son's birthday, the owner/staff treated him like a king, and us like royalty! The hotel itself looks out onto the medieval wall, and from the roof top terrace you could see all the way to the sea! The surroundings were quiet - even though we were within the old city walls. The staff, were wonderful, the clean and well-appointed room(s) carried the medieval themed styling, and the breakfasts were substantial! Overall we could……

“Fabulous staff run this hotel, they can't do enough for you. They are friendly and so helpful. They helped sort out a birthday surprise for my daughter and all sang along to her!! You can easily walk to main town Rhodes within 20 minutes and they even supply you with a map of the area. Local tavernas are cheap and the food is lovely as well. Great stay, would come again. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome!”

“Sheraton is not carrying its brand. Carpet in the corridor was awful and smelly. Room is ok, Staff is is really good and the view from the room is nice.”

“I have to admit I was not happy with my room. It was dated, with a non-working shower and full of insects, especially after it went dark. However, I cannot but admit that the people managing the property (a family of four plus staff) went out of their way to make this a memorable stay. They were incredibly hospitable and their engaging personalities ended up making this a memorable experience; one that would make me consider returning in the future; albeit in a different room……

“We have had a lovely time. The hotel is beautiful and staff are lovely. However for a 5 star resort - there were some small issues that’s shouldn’t be there. We were here for a long weekend and probably wouldn’t return. The bars are not fully stocked - as I am pregnant I asked for alcohol free and at each bar they had to run to another location to get them. On a couple of occasions my partner had had 2 drinks before my one. (Small problem). The Italian is located outside so a little windy, so……
