「I really wanted to give this place 5 stars because the room and cleanliness were top-notch. However, the hot water supply was a major disappointment. There was no hot water at 9 PM or 7 AM. The management was friendly and explained it was due to the high occupancy, but they couldn't fix it during my stay. It seems the water heating system cannot keep up when the hotel is full. If they can upgrade the water capacity, this would easily be a perfect 10/10 stay.」

「完全自助check in，包含房卡的製作。房間面對港口景觀不錯，但可惜有點小，因為每次從床尾移至窗邊時都會撞到牆上的電視機；但朋友跟我一樣的房型和房價（就在我隔壁），但房間就比我的大很多，我們猜他們那間可能是可以住有使用輪椅的旅客，但是在check in時，螢幕上並沒看到有什麼特別提示。房間有標示水籠頭的水可以生飲，所以房間裡面沒有瓶裝水也沒有快煮壺，如果要喝熱水可以到一樓櫃台，而且一樓櫃台也提供免費的咖啡。第二天check out時，因為太早叫不到Uber，才發現飯店有直接叫TAXI的機器，只是我們不太會使用，後來請櫃枱人員直接幫我們打電話叫車，櫃台人員真的很熱心，不但幫我們叫 TAXI，還主動幫我到餐廳裡面裝熱水（她覺得前枱熱水瓶的水已經不夠熱了）。」

「It was clean and smell inside was inviting. It was warm and in the night the only thing you can hear is the silence. Not a single soul around. This is the perfect resort to rest after a day at the skislope or for a weekend for rest and relax. Don´t forget to bring food. The kitchen are prefect foor cooking!」

「Right at the center of Rovaniemi. Clean room and spacious. Only entrance at the 1st floor felt a bit sketchy, but hallway on 2nd floor, where the rooms are, was nice and clean. Would stay here again when needing to stop quickly at the city. Parking lot was just other side of the street. And hotel was connected to Rovaniemi main shopping mall so store’s were really close by.」

「1. I booked a double room, but the sink was in the bedroom. There was a strange sewer smell. I wanted to change room，but was told that I could only change to a single room, so I didn't change. 2 There is a bathtub, but it has only a very narrow baffle. Even if you take a shower carefully, water will still splash everywhere. 3 The price fluctuates greatly.
