"The room was dated but clean. The bathroom definitely needs a major renovation. The bed was comfortable and bed sheets very clean and fresh. "

Si vous voulez un palace ou de grand confort, allez ailleurs. Mais ...cet hôtel était vraiment comme nous voulions : prix imbattable, personnel très agréable, les lits étaient confortables et l'hôtel super calme. Du coup, nous étions contents. Sinon : chambres plutôt petites et sans modernité ou décorations. Simplissimes mais fonctionnelles. Voilà ! "

"The facilities of this hotel are really nice (restaurant and pool) however our room needs a renovation. The carpet was so dirty we did not want to take our shoes off. Our room had a faint smell of cigarettes (maybe from the old carpet). Otherwise this hotel is really lovely and the staff were really kind! "

"We had a great week in this special gîte. Antonia and Loïc have created a lovely environment in which to relax - the pool was particularly appreciated in this hot summer. Thank you very much to Antonia for her warm welcome. This is an ideal place to retreat to after explorations in the beautiful Ardèche. "

"Le gîte est vraiment équipé de tout. Nous avons été ravis de la climatisation, car la température extérieure dépassait les 40 C. La cuisine extérieure est également très agréable. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu faire de barbecue en raison du risque d'incendie. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques."

"Thierry and Nathalie have the management of their gîtes down to an art. Their welcome and departure are quick, friendly, and easy. The gîte itself was clean, well equipped, and roomy. A car is a must to get about and the local area has lots to do. I recommend taking your hosts up on the offer à boulangerie run when they make one as fresh bread and pastries in the morning is a welcome treat. We had a lovely holiday here and would recommend. "

"PositivesGorgeous house. An old building, lots of character & plenty of space. Enough room to tuck yourself away if you want your own space. Beautifully furnished & all the kitchen equipment you could possibly want.The hosts are friendly & pleasant.Lovely pool.Very peaceful & quiet there.Negatives - for usOur weather was really hot, around 36. Air conditioning works great in living areas, but does not reach so well to the bedrooms. Especially if you want to shut doors for privacy. There are fans which can be used in bedrooms, but no air conditioning directly in the bedrooms.The house is attached to the hosts' house. Totally separated off, with it's own gated courtyard area, so you have complete privacy within this, but the pool, table tennis & petanque are all basically through your courtyard gates, in the hosts' garden. Not far,100m or so maybe, but personally, from the description, I had pictured them more integral to the rental property, rather than actually quite separate & part of the hosts' property. Although the hosts were not using the pool much at all while we were there, you do not have sole use of it.You cannot wear sun cream while in the pool, which does limit enjoyment of it, easy to burn on shoulders etc. Wifi was poor. Only worked out in courtyard & cut out a lot, very frequently. Not practical for working, especially with heat & insects outside.No hot tub, despite this being listed in amenities. But it was too hot to want one while we were there!"

"We were blown away by this property. It was even more beautiful and larger than the photos capture. All of the amenities work perfectly and add to the fun - we loved the outdoor kitchen and dining, the pool including lounge chairs, the tennis court including balls and racquets as well as many other games! The hosts were kind and helped show us around at the start of our trip. The location is also amazing as you can walk right out the door into national park hiking routes. The perfect place to go away with a big group of friends or family and amazing value for money. Thank you to Aaditya and family for having us."
