The room was clean and the A/C worked well. It was quiet. The breakfast was disappointing - cold cereal, waffles and toast. I did not see any fresh fruit, eggs, sausage or bacon and no bagels or pastries. The only ice machine was on the first floor and the pool was closed due to renovations, which the hotel desperately needs. The hotel needs new paint and showers. The staff did mot acknowledge customers at the breakfast area in the morning.

Staff helpful and polite. The property is in the middle of an upgrade obviously. Perhaps next visit I won’t have huge cigarette burns in the carpet. I also recommend you put on your website the $25 charge for dog. I was surprised.

The stay was okay, but part of the reason we chose to stay here was because it advertised contenintal breakfast and the breakfast that they offered was very disappointing they said they only do good breakfasts on weekends. My group was traveling for work and we try to stay were they offer breakfast to make it easier for us to get up and get back on the road to get to the next job. The room was good just the breakfast was disappointing.

Under renovation should have been a cheaper stay. Mold on curtains the toilet was stained the carpet was old and staind the breakfast was only for a hour not much of a selection but the coffee machine was nice

We had a family emergency and booked quickly and close to hospital. Everything was great. Clean rooms and quiet. We came and went at all hours and parking was great and available close to our entrance. Well chair equipped and staff kept us in clean towels. Renovation was in progress but wasn’t a hindrance of service and noise wasn’t a problem. Thanks for the warm breakfast

Stayed one night, it needs updated no hot water, the sheets and pillow are not good glad I bring my Lysol and my own pillow, the carpet in the room was bad in the bathroom floor you stuck to it and as far as breakfast, forget it not much there, but we had to stay because we couldn’t get are money back!

The breakfast was ok. Coffee was pretty good. The room was huge, but the window was so big that the curtains didn't cover the whole window. Morning staff lady was really sweet and nice. Sadly I am still fighting to get my $50 deposit back. I have called multiple times. Apparently the only person that can help is the manager who seems to never be there. I have left my phone number, and no call back.

The bathroom was dirty upon arrival and I had to wait for hotel staff to clean the room! So I was unable to use the room right away. He informed that I was unable to change rooms. He then asked what was wrong with it, I said the toilet was poop stained!! There was a note that said thanks for your stay sir, as if it was for the previous guest(I am all woman by the way) Then while trying to turn the tv on, it would not stay on. Reported to expedia they contacted the fromt desk at 1am and at that time I was told a double bed was available at that time it was already late and my only other option was to leave in the middle of the night!! The experience was awful and per the ratings on expedia I was disappointed and the curtains and walls were also dirty!!

There was plenty of parking, but the place was messy! Bathroom vent was filthy and dusty! Dry wall pieces in the elevator and down the hallways! Breakfast was very lean… we went down at 8:45 and only a few apples were there, only orange juice, skim milk for cereal and no yogurt or meat/protein items! Wouldn’t stay again!

The room was dirty, sheets and pillows were covered in hair, shower obviously had not been cleaned for the last several uses, over half the lights did not work, outlets didn't work, tv wouldn't even turn on, if you want a cheap motel, you definitely get what you pay for here.

Make up on the pillows like they hadn’t been washed. We asked for new sheets as there were stains on the sheets. The new sheets had a bunch of hair on them. Our toilet did not flush and my fiancé had to fix it. The tv does not work. The phones do not work either so we could not call the front desk. Bed is pretty bad as far as comfort. The lamps on the nightstands have plugins but they’re too big so anything you plug in doesn’t stay in so it doesn’t charge. Shower was way too sketchy to shower in. We stayed with 2 others that had the same issues in their rooms as well. Just stay somewhere else.
